We all deal with stress on a daily basis. Kids, work, friends, relationships, driving in traffic are just a few of the stresses many of us feel everyday. We deal with stress so often that quite often we don't realize we are stressed because it has become our norm.

When I was first starting my website I was shocked to learn how bad stress can be. And while it is not in itself really a disease or sickness, it has a direct relationship on your health and your ability to ward of sickness. Stress makes your body more susceptible and really lies at the roots of many health issues people encounter throughout their lives.

Fortunately, there are things we can do to reduce stress and to reduce the affects it has on our immunity. I think this months newsletter is a great read for all of us. I hope you get as much from it as I did.

The other thing I did want to mention this month is the free membership or distributorship that Shaklee is giving away until mid- July (As of now Shaklee has made the cutoff date July 21st). I encourage you to take a look at the newsletter and learn a little about Shaklee. You might come away thinking about health related issues and companies in a little different light.
